Nidhi Aggarwal, Founder of ABOVE & BEYOND, is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She is a seasoned finance professional with 15+ years of corporate experience with one of the Big 4 and a well known Australian Investment Bank. Driven by her deep interest in human psychology and a commitment to breaking industry stereotypes, she transitioned from a Finance job to HR consulting. Believing in non-conventional methods, Nidhi aims to redefine recruitment by aligning talent with business goals and fostering meaningful growth.
